Amor China After-Sales Support Policy
Amor China provides 1% of spare parts free of cost with every order. These parts typically include components prone to potential failure due to normal use, such as:
- Main PCB
- Control PCB
- Cooling Fan
- Induction Coil
- Sensors
Any other parts outside the specified list are not covered under free replacement. This is because such parts are not typically subject to failure under normal circumstances.
If a significant issue arises due to a manufacturing defect attributable to Amor China, we take full responsibility for resolving the problem. Our resolution process includes:
- On-Site Support: Sending technical experts to your location if necessary.
- Replacement or Repair: Providing required spare parts to resolve the issue promptly.
- Comprehensive Assistance: Ensuring the problem is resolved to your satisfaction through direct involvement and handholding.
